Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the vision and roadmap for the Tekion CRM platform, the remote Senior Product Manager will define product strategies, prioritize initiatives based on customer insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the automotive customer relationship experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in an enterprise or B2B SaaS context
• Deep automotive expertise, preferably in Automotive CRM
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful SaaS or CRM product strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business case development
• Hands-on expertise in building LLM-driven capabilities to optimize CRM systems
