Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and delivery of market-leading products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as a central resource for product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define overall product/service vision and strategy, and create business plans to communicate with management and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives, including the creation of Product Requirements Documents
• Conduct ongoing market and portfolio evaluations to ensure products remain competitive and meet operational and financial goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is strongly desired
• Minimum of six years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer-focused healthcare
• Proven leadership skills with at least six years of project or program management experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market research and financial information to identify trends and evaluate profitability
• Superior knowledge of product and service development methodologies
