Job Summary

Owning core functionality across the Onyx platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product roadmaps, translate business requirements into actionable plans, and drive measurable improvements in processing efficiency and operational costs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for core Onyx modules, translating operational requirements into PRDs and user stories
• Coordinate with cross-module teams to ensure consistency and maintain reusable capabilities
• Define success metrics for features and track performance indicators to drive outcome-driven delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, particularly with technical or platform products
• Proven track record of shipping product work that delivers measurable business results
• Solid technical foundation with an understanding of data models, workflows, and integrations
• Experience in breaking down complex problems into shippable increments
• Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making, with SQL knowledge as a plus
