Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of a new product from inception to launch, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead strategy and execution within the healthcare technology space, focusing on improving medication access and workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a new product area, enhancing the medication journey and outcomes
• Lead initiatives that introduce automation and operational efficiency into complex healthcare processes
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, utilizing real-world data to optimize performance post-launch

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
• Experience with complex healthcare workflow products, including provider-facing platforms and automation systems
• Strong understanding of the medication access landscape and experience using AI for product innovation
• Proven ability to manage product analytics and data-driven decision-making processes
