Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and performance of Route's Checkout product, the remote full-time Senior Product Manager will drive key business metrics, collaborate with enterprise merchants, and ensure a seamless checkout experience for consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Route's consumer checkout experience, owning the product roadmap end-to-end
• Own and provide clarity around key business and product performance metrics, including take rate and conversion rate
• Lead a high-quality experimentation cadence, developing hypotheses and presenting learnings and recommendations to leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, eCommerce, payments, or checkout platforms
• Proven ownership of revenue-driving product surfaces and key metrics related to checkout performance
• Deep understanding of Shopify's ecosystem and experience building checkout or post-purchase experiences
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, platform integrations, and complex system tradeoffs
• Comfortable using SQL and analytics platforms to evaluate performance and inform product decisions
