Job Summary

Driving the evolution of the Thyme Box care management platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, enhance care team efficiency, and lead the AI-native transformation of care delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for Thyme Box, prioritizing workflows, communications, and automated documentation
• Identify inefficiencies in care team workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity
• Lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered capabilities to support care delivery processes while ensuring clinical safety and quality

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, particularly with complex workflow-heavy software
• Healthcare experience, preferably in care delivery, digital health, or value-based care models
• Proven track record of shipping efficiency and workflow improvements that drive meaningful behavior change
• Experience translating ambiguous processes into clear product requirements for engineering
• Strong understanding of AI's potential impact on care delivery and hands-on experience with AI tools
