Job Summary

Driving product strategy for ELM Practice Management, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead innovative product initiatives, collaborate with engineering and UX teams, and engage with corporate legal clients to enhance software solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the long-term vision for ELM Practice Management solutions and prioritize the product roadmap
• Partner closely with engineering and UX teams to facilitate smooth product development cycles
• Build relationships with corporate legal clients to identify pain points and inform product enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in legal tech or enterprise legal management
• Proactive growth mindset with a strong ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of product areas
• Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to synthesize complex feedback into actionable features
• Hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with AI tools for product development
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence executive-level stakeholders
