Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare IT products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with market needs while working remotely from various locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee product lifecycle activities, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable software solutions that enhance internal workflows
• Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements to align with corporate goals and customer experience metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, project management, or a related field
• Two years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Product Manager in the healthcare software field
• Experience with SAFe and Scrum frameworks for product management
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Figma and Miro
