Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a short-term engagement in the healthcare industry, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and scale a design system across digital product portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and standardize reusable components remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and synthesize existing product experiences, UI patterns, and design system efforts
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, UX, engineering, and stakeholders to identify shared needs and opportunities for reuse
• Establish a prioritization framework for component development based on product impact and reuse potential

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with design systems or platform products
• Strong experience in defining product requirements and translating ambiguity into actionable plans
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, or reusable UI patterns across digital surfaces
• Experience partnering closely with senior UX/design leadership
• Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
