Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the Technology Strategy & Product Management team, the fully remote Senior Product Manager will shape the product strategy and roadmap for platforms that enhance workforce connectivity and productivity, focusing on AI tools, collaboration platforms, and internal knowledge bases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product vision and strategy in collaboration with engineering and business leadership
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to user adoption, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions and identify innovation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in omnichannel retail
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive knowledge of product management best practices and strategies
• Strong data analysis skills to inform product decisions
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and AI productivity tools
