Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Product Manager will manage the development and launch of user-focused products and features for Britannica Education, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of the Education team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the product development process from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Monitor and analyze product usage metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document functional requirements, translating business needs into well-defined user stories for the development team

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent education
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital product management, with a focus on platform development
• Strong technical background in integrating SIS and LMS systems
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETLs, data schemas, SQL, and data warehousing
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
