Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Senior Lead Product Manager on the Outbound Product team, this remote full-time position will drive the execution of strategic product initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and develop go-to-market strategies to enhance product adoption and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the execution and commercialization of strategic product initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across various departments to build stakeholder alignment
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop launch strategies and support product adoption initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or technology leadership roles
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large organizations
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable business results
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and business outcomes
