Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead customer discovery, define product opportunities, and collaborate closely with a senior design team to deliver impactful AI features and enhancements for Tango's platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions based on customer evidence
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to translate user needs into actionable product features
• Lead rollout planning from PRD through go-to-market, ensuring successful launches and post-launch analysis

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in software product roles with a proven track record of scaling successful products
• Experience at two or more companies, providing a rich perspective on product development
• Strong background in customer discovery and product analytics
• Experience with AI-powered products or platforms, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
• Ability to effectively communicate and align diverse stakeholders around product narratives
