Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap for the Teramind Endpoint Agent, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product priorities and outcomes across multiple operating systems, ensuring robust performance and security while translating business vision into actionable engineering plans in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Agent roadmap across Windows, macOS, Linux, and future platforms, prioritizing customer-driven features and platform enhancements
• Translate business vision into a coherent technical roadmap by synthesizing inputs from various stakeholders and directing engineering efforts
• Define and measure product KPIs, ensuring accountability for metrics related to adoption, stability, and performance of the endpoint agent

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing a technical platform or systems-level product
• Demonstrated technical depth in understanding endpoint architecture and system-level products
• Experience shipping products in endpoint security, monitoring, or systems software categories
• Ability to think in terms of outcomes rather than just features, focusing on measurable success metrics
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear and structured product documentation
