Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and outcomes for Momentum and Insights, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product development and customer engagement for AI-powered fundraising tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Momentum and Insights, making evidence-based decisions on product development
• Conduct generative discovery by engaging with customers to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful shipping of product features and integrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with ownership of product surfaces and business outcomes
• Experience with AI or ML-powered products, understanding their capabilities to shape product features
• Proficiency in AI tooling and hands-on prototyping as part of the product development process
• Strong product marketing instincts, focusing on positioning and enablement during product development
• Demonstrated customer-centered practices, including discovery interviews and opportunity mapping
