Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Research Operations product area within the Trusted Research Environment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, manage platform capabilities, and drive product delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Research Operations product area
• Own and evolve foundational platform capabilities to ensure operational visibility and governance
• Lead products end-to-end from customer discovery through implementation and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering technical software products
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and execute complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience building platform, enterprise SaaS, or cloud software products
• Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries, with an understanding of governance and compliance
• Strong systems thinking ability to simplify complex workflows
