Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Platform team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will oversee end-to-end product management for infrastructure, security, and internal tooling while collaborating closely with engineers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to determine priorities and deliverables
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and devise solutions alongside designers and engineers
• Report on the impact of product initiatives and facilitate decision-making processes without relying on meetings

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving skills
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with effective communication skills in a documentation-first culture
