Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the platform's infrastructure and security, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the Platform team, overseeing end-to-end product management, collaborating closely with engineers, and driving the product roadmap in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and timelines
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and devise solutions with designers and engineers
• Communicate effectively within a documentation-first culture, reporting on project impacts and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their problems
