Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the Platform team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product development focused on infrastructure, security, and internal tooling, collaborating closely with engineers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to determine priorities and timelines
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and develop solutions in partnership with designers and engineers
• Report on the impact of shipped products and facilitate decision-making processes within the team

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving skills
• Strong product intuition and the ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with effective communication skills in a documentation-first culture
