Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the Co-founder and Head of Product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the Platform team, focusing on infrastructure, security, and internal tooling while collaborating closely with engineers in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap and prioritize features based on stakeholder input and technical requirements
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and inform solutions, collaborating with designers and engineers
• Facilitate decision-making processes and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in a documentation-first culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving skills
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
