Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the Platform team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product initiatives related to security, AI infrastructure, and technical upgrades while collaborating closely with engineers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to determine priorities and timelines
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and devise solutions in partnership with designers and engineers
• Report on the impact of shipped products and facilitate decision-making within a low-meeting culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with effective communication skills in a documentation-first culture
