Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the platform's infrastructure and security, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the Platform team, overseeing product roadmaps, collaborating with engineers, and addressing complex technical challenges in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platform team, focusing on security, AI infrastructure, and technical upgrades
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and collaborate with designers and engineers to devise effective solutions
• Drive decision-making and communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining an async, low-meeting culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability with a strong product intuition
• Ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
