Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and operational execution for Work Guarantees, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop eligibility logic, remediation workflows, and AI observability infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust for SMB clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Work Guarantees, focusing on program design and unit economics
• Build and operate AI observability infrastructure for anomaly detection and proactive interventions
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences for SMB customers, ensuring program scalability and defensibility

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated ownership of product programs that integrate design and operational outcomes
• Experience with LLM-based or AI-assisted features in consumer or marketplace products
• Strong analytical skills to assess unit economics and collaborate with finance, UX, and engineering
• Comfort in ambiguous environments with a strong sense of accountability
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared program goals
