Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the Platform team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product initiatives focused on infrastructure, security, and internal tooling while collaborating remotely with engineers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap by working with stakeholders to prioritize features and resolve ambiguities
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and support decision-making with user interviews and market research
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to devise technical solutions while maintaining an async, non-meeting culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their problems
