Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Platform team in enhancing infrastructure and security, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with engineers on technical solutions, and conduct research to frame problems effectively in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platform team, addressing security issues and technical upgrades
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to devise solutions while maintaining a documentation-first culture
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Strong product intuition and capability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
