Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance and scale veterinary software platforms, leading cross-functional initiatives and optimizing user experience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap, translating company goals into prioritized initiatives
• Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and manage multi-quarter roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and leveraging data analytics tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior team members
