Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance patient engagement in ongoing testing, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead the development of digital experiences, manage product strategy and lifecycle, and collaborate across teams to simplify the testing journey for both patients and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap to increase patient engagement in recommended testing over time
• Simplify the ordering and scheduling experience for providers and patients to enhance clarity and reduce friction
• Improve user experiences across physician portals, EHR systems, and patient portals to support continued testing

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Strong product and UX judgment with a focus on high-impact improvements
• Familiarity with AI tools and a technology-driven mindset for product development
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
