Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of critical payment operations capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product vision and roadmap for transaction management and dispute resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business impact remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for payment operations and chargeback capabilities
• Identify opportunities to improve transaction success rates and streamline dispute resolution
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across functions
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
