Job Summary

To drive innovation in fleet management, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, conduct market research, and oversee feature development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback
• Oversee the end-to-end development of product features, ensuring seamless integration of technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience, including strategy and roadmap development
• Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships with stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and adaptable, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
