Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution for TaxAct.com, Drake Software, and 1040.com, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through optimized website experiences and ecommerce strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for website performance and customer engagement
• Manage the CMS platform strategy and improve content workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce funnel and implement conversion optimization initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in digital products, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology
• Proven experience managing website experiences and ecommerce platforms
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as Contentful, is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for product decision-making
