Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap and governance for the AI Automation team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage intake processes, prioritize competing requests, and ensure secure deployment of AI-powered applications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Run a transparent intake process for AI app, automation, and agent requests, capturing business value and security requirements
• Establish prioritization mechanisms with business unit leaders to create a defensible roadmap for AI initiatives
• Define and enforce standards for governance, ensuring homegrown apps are transformed into secure production systems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or a related IT/platform role
• Proven experience in managing intake and prioritization for competing internal requests
• Fluency in software delivery concepts, including CI/CD and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Practical understanding of AI application patterns and governance issues
• Strong knowledge of security and data governance fundamentals
