Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To scale Ting's consumer product and services, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience while collaborating closely with marketing to enhance distribution channels and elevate web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own consumer insights by conducting discovery and building feedback loops to inform the product roadmap
• Define and deliver the product roadmap in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and operations
• Lead product development for new distribution channels and partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of consumer/mobile app product management experience
• 2+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) products and subscription-based models
• Strong understanding of consumer interactions with device/software combinations
• Experience in a growth-stage startup environment
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for research, prototyping, and analysis
