Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing platform team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product development focused on security, AI infrastructure, and technical upgrades while collaborating closely with engineers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and deliverables
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and devise solutions with designers and engineers
• Report on the impact of product initiatives and maintain effective communication within a documentation-first culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their needs
