Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning product areas end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage trading operations, settlement, and treasury platform products in a fully remote environment, ensuring efficient cash and position management across accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and specify workflows for settlement, clearing, and reconciliation, including cash and position reporting
• Onboard and integrate trading venues and counterparties, managing deposit and settlement account setups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear Business Requirements (BRDs) and Product Requirements (PRDs) that align with business goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in fintech or high-growth technology platforms
• Hands-on experience with post-trade, settlement, clearing, or treasury/cash management products
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, money movement, and cash allocations
• Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into actionable product specifications
