Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and delivery of customer-facing platform capabilities, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and retention while driving product innovation in the pet health space.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for customer-facing platform capabilities, prioritizing investments based on customer needs and business objectives
• Lead product discovery efforts to identify unmet customer needs through research and analytics, translating insights into impactful product features
• Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on customer-facing digital products
• Proven track record in building and scaling direct-to-consumer digital platforms
• Experience with customer lifecycle and engagement-driven products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for product prioritization
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
