Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the platform's infrastructure and security, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the Platform team end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap and prioritize features based on stakeholder input and team collaboration
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and communicate solutions effectively to engineers and designers
• Drive decision-making processes while fostering collaboration in a non-meeting culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency with the ability to solve complex technical problems
• Strong product intuition and experience translating long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
