Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the platform's infrastructure and security, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the Platform team end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineers while working remotely to drive product initiatives and improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities and resolve ambiguities
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and support decision-making processes
• Work with designers and engineers to devise solutions, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, security, etc.)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
