Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the platform's infrastructure and security, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the Platform team, collaborating closely with engineers on technical systems while overseeing the product roadmap and conducting research to inform decision-making in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platform team, focusing on security, AI infrastructure, and compliance
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to frame problems and devise effective solutions while maintaining a non-meeting culture
• Conduct research and analysis to support product decisions and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving ability
• Strong product intuition with the ability to translate long-term strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
