Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Product Manager will own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for member medical cost and transparency products, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for member medical cost and transparency products, prioritizing based on member needs and business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to define scope, manage dependencies, and communicate progress and risks effectively
• Define and track product KPIs to evaluate the health and impact of cost and transparency products, driving continuous improvement in practices and workflows

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning a product area end-to-end in a senior PM or equivalent role
• Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy and roadmap, particularly in the Healthcare IT space
• Proven ability to write high-quality requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Experience developing B2B or B2B2C digital products, such as cost estimator tools or transparency portals
• Strong product management fundamentals and technical depth to partner effectively with data science and engineering teams
