Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the member experience product backlog, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for members by managing product improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Prioritize, scope, and measure improvements to the core member experience product
• Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to enhance engagement and retention metrics
• Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in consumer or patient-facing digital products
• Proven track record in improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and product analytics tools
• Experience running the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration
