Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution, the full-time FLEX Senior Product Manager will manage Salesforce-based products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance associate productivity and guest experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring development readiness of epics, features, and user stories
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product capabilities, driving alignment and timely execution across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, application delivery, or product management
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations involving Salesforce or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Agile product management practices and tools, such as Jira and Confluence
