Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative member experiences, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will focus on creating AI-powered systems that enhance member understanding of insurance plans and facilitate cost-effective care shopping.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI-driven user experiences to help members find affordable, high-quality healthcare options
• Map member healthcare journeys to provide customized and personalized support
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope projects, define MVPs, and manage sprints

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with search engines or user-facing applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Foundational knowledge of AI and AI-based development
• Deep understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology
