Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager will oversee the Platform team, focusing on infrastructure, security, and internal tooling in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to frame problems and support decision-making with evidence
• Work closely with engineers and designers to develop and implement technical solutions while fostering an async, non-meeting culture

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
• Exceptional technical fluency and problem-solving skills
• Strong product intuition and ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable roadmaps
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
