Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for doctor visibility in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage ranking logic, customer success metrics, and paid visibility products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketplace performance.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own the success metrics for marketplace customers, focusing on retention and reducing zero-booking doctors
• Manage the business logic for doctor ranking and visibility across the marketplace, ensuring a balance between patient experience and commercial objectives
• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to drive product decisions, measure outcomes, and foster a culture of experimentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with digital consumer or marketplace products
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Strong understanding of customer economics, including metrics like churn, retention, and lifetime value
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics and AI tools in product workflows
