Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the growth of commercial products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead a dedicated engineering team, manage product initiatives, and ensure high-value work is delivered on a predictable cadence.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the team's roadmap and establish an operating rhythm for a distributed team
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, build, launch, and iteration
• Engage with stakeholders, managing priorities and reporting on delivery impact tied to revenue and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with experience shipping web and/or mobile products
• Client-facing experience with the ability to translate client needs into actionable team direction
• Proven delivery leadership, maintaining productivity and alignment across distributed teams
• Experience with growth and conversion strategies, including A/B testing and funnel optimization
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
