Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of Agentic Commerce capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on strategy and execution of frameworks and services for seamless transactions, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to apply evolving technologies for AI agent-facilitated payments
• Balance customer and stakeholder needs to define product requirements and deliver platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Fraud and Servicing teams to develop strategies for fraud prevention and transaction management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development or management
• Experience with issuer payments, including digital payments and fraud prevention
• Strong understanding of tech and product development processes
• Ability to reconcile competing needs and make effective decisions
• Curiosity and tenacity to drive innovation within a large organization
