Job Summary

Leading the development of the Concierge Curbside Pickup experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will set the vision, manage the end-to-end roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision for the Concierge curbside pickup and build customer-facing products that elevate the rental experience
• Own the end-to-end roadmap across various customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless service continuity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for service recovery and improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer-facing products
• Experience in defining product strategy and managing complex roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and using data for product decisions
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders without direct authority
