Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Product Manager will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver digital solutions that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business outcomes through effective digital solutions
• Write business user stories, organize documentation, and create graphic user interfaces to implement technical aspects of business solutions
• Identify project issues and work with the project team to provide solutions or escalate to avoid delays

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant program or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with software packages for requirements management (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with various software development life cycles (SDLCs) such as Agile and Scrum
• Foundation in core Product Management skill sets
• Digital agency experience is a plus
