Job Summary

Focused on enhancing therapist productivity, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives to automate administrative workflows and develop clinical guidance tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product initiatives aimed at improving tools for therapists, enhancing their ability to provide care
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams to implement solutions that streamline workflows
• Analyze user data and feedback to drive product decisions and improve user retention and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record in building and scaling SMB SaaS or productivity tools
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
