Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and integration of third-party capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the ecosystem of external platform services for Payments 2.0 and CCS 2.0, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap for third-party platform services, including capability vision and success metrics
• Own AI-driven onboarding and data transformation capabilities to enhance implementation efficiency
• Manage vendor performance and partnerships, ensuring compliance and effective governance of platform services

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields
• Experience with third-party technology integrations and vendor management
• Proven track record in leading platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of API-first platforms and modern integration architectures
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
